About us

Teaching people how to learn, understand, and create consciously.

Memonthis began a few years ago as an attempt to teach people how to create mind mechanics for developing their learning, understanding, and creative capabilities – enabling them to realize their dreams.

It was built on a simple belief: instead of merely imparting knowledge about a subject, teaching people how to develop their own minds unlocks far greater possibilities for true understanding – this is intelligence development. Along with creativeness and meditativeness, which were later woven into the methodology, this triad has become central to our learning designs.

These three aspects of consciousness, once refined through dedicated mind training, touch and elevate every dimension of life. Each arises from a human process developed from ancient times: science (scientific methods), meditation (meditative practices), and initiation (creative initiatives).

Memonthis Mission

What I was taught across twenty-one years of schooling, I could have mastered alone in three years in a quiet library – and with far deeper understanding. With proper guidance, who knows…

 

The era of standardized education is drawing to a close. Too much time is wasted – our children’s, ours, and the sacrifices of generations before us. Memonthis exists to innovate education from the fundamentals of consciousness and to help shape the international system that honors our shared reality: an interconnected and interdependent humanity.

There are multiple ways to approach this potential:

  1. Treat children equally. Through an equitable educational system in which every school functions based on the same principles, receives similar funding, and teachers are dispersed based on their qualities. We see this in a few countries – the happiest ones – and it can be an example to be followed by many others.
  2. Holistic integration. Make every aspect of humanity’s development available in every school, allowing students to choose what to learn. The sciences and arts are paramount in our Western culture, and along with meditation, they will become a complete system for development. Every child should be helped to learn the benefits and be shown how to improve their understanding of them.
  3. Balance mind-body-soul development. A healthy mind in a healthy body for a healthier soul. Most of us have abilities we’ve developed throughout our lives, as well as almost as many inabilities that dim our potential. Becoming aware of them and resolving them with high efficiency increases the use of our capabilities exponentially – this is what we do at Memonthis.

Technology remains tertiary: powerful only when built upon these foundations. When integrated, students must learn its fundamental causality, from a blend of history, mechanics, and ethics. Using it, from books (with writing & reading), or tools (with development & implications) to AI, meditative practices (…), physical training (…), visual arts (…), etc.; every technology or craft should be taught in its full interconnectivity & interdependence.

What We’ve Done So Far…

Our methodology

The heart of an educational system is consciousness study. Scientists have only begun to map its surface – an ever-present, ever-lasting phenomenon whose deeper laws shape what we experience as fate and destiny. Yet it should, and will come first in an educational system – before purposeful creation and development can happen, we must learn and understand what we are.

  • Through meditative practices, we awaken self-awareness and inner understanding.
  • Through scientific methods, we build structured knowledge of the world.
  • Through creative initiatives, we manifest ourselves and connect with others.

With a single focused question, any known human insight becomes accessible – information is freely available.

The real work, then, lies in cultivating our intelligence, meditativeness, and creativity – the living qualities of awareness, consciousness, and memory. Three conscious processes are required to master them:

  • Exploration
  • Reflection
  • Contemplation

From these emerge knowledge, understanding, and creation itself – built from the blocks of our being: information as sensations, thoughts, and emotions, through conscious perception, cognition, and feeling. 

 

At Memonthis:

  • We have developed a system that allows deep understanding or mastery of even complex subjects within a month, with roughly three hours of daily learning effort.
  • At the core of our learning experience design is a Model of Consciousness – a project in continuous research and development, foundational for our methodology and structure.
  • We connect scientific rigor, meditative depth, and creative initiation – tailored for every student. We aim to connect every field of study, aspect of awareness, and type of creative project into one coherent methodology and share it openly with the world.
  • We will integrate AI and other technologies into a digital learning ecosystem: an intelligence structured around the complete Model for Consciousness – the seed of a true revolution in education, one that understands the inner mechanics of the human being and guides like a great teacher would.

Theory of Consciousness

While designing an educational system for children, I (Rusu Paul – Tiberius) realized that behind every activity lay a phenomenon often treated as secondary: consciousness itself, and how it forms. My framework already engaged its aspects – information, awareness, memory, understanding – but never defined them clearly. That realization launched my personal project, the “Theory of Consciousness.”

Since then, the precision and effectiveness of my teaching have grown exponentially. The work continues, as consciousness has revealed itself as a fundamental dimension of existence and has become challenging to describe fully in scientific terms. Completion will take many years from now…

For our teaching system, even partial insight into one aspect can transform a life. We are all forms of consciousness seeking to know itself – this truth shapes every learning experience we create at Memonthis.

 

All the time, everywhere we go, however we act, with whatever or whomever we connect, consciousness & awareness are with us – it is us. We’ve done it from the beginning of life. We’ll do so until the end of it, because development, and more so, evolution happens through conscious effort.
