These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of memonthis.com (the “Website”) and participation in workshops, sessions, and related services offered by Memonthis (owned by Rusu Paul – Liviu, Romania) (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Website, registering, or participating in any workshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.’


Services Description

We provide online workshops and related content focused on enhancing awareness, intelligence, and memory as a complete learning experience design, offered in various forms and based on fundamental aspects of consciousness. The workshops and materials aim to support personal exploration, reflection, and growth through mindful, experiential, and scientific approaches. The structure of the workshops is presented on the Website or will be decided and communicated before any payment occurs (if applicable).

All information provided during workshops or on the Website is strictly for personal use. It is forbidden to use, reproduce, adapt, or incorporate any part of it (texts, exercises, insights, teachings, or materials) in any published work, article, book, course, video, or other public/professional content without our prior written permission.

  • Eligibility and Registration

    You must be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian’s consent if under 18 (in line with applicable laws). Registration requires accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access.

  • User Conduct and Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Participate respectfully and confidentially (do not record/share sessions or group content without permission)
    • Not harass, spam, or disrupt others
    • Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials in published works (as stated in section 2). We may suspend/terminate access for violations without refund.

  • Intellectual Property

    All content (texts, workshop materials, designs, teachings, recordings) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials solely for your individual participation and private learning. No commercial use, sharing, publication, or derivative works are allowed. Any use in published works is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

  • Payments, Fees, and Refunds

  • Suspension, Termination, and Technical Issues

    We may suspend or terminate access anytime for breach of these Terms or at our discretion. If we must suspend activities due to an unsolvable problem (e.g., prolonged internet connection failure, broken equipment, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control), we will notify participants promptly. Refunds will be processed upon request, proportional to the time left in the service period (e.g., unused sessions or remaining access time).

  • Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of opportunity, emotional impact) arising from use of the services. Total liability shall not exceed any fees paid by you in the last 12 months (if applicable).

  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. EU consumers may use the ODR platform for out-of-court resolution.

  • Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice of material changes.
