Visual Awareness Workshop

Perception | Cognition | Memory | Expression

The goal of this workshop is to improve visual awareness intelligence by learning & understanding the fundamental aspects through meditative practices & scientific training.

What is visual awareness | Where and when does it happen | How does it work | Why is it important

Visual awareness is the conscious act of seeing, actively choosing what and how to perceive, imagine, and remember. This workshop explores the mind mechanics behind sight: how perception shapes thoughts & emotions, how cognition organizes perceptions & emotions, and how memory encodes perceptions & thoughts. Sight functions as a tool for memory, visualisation, creativity, and insights.

This workshop opens a gateway to improvement for visual awareness intelligence at the perceptual, cognitive, and emotional dimensions. It serves as a training ground for visual attention, reading, creativity, memory, mental imagery, insight, and other aspects.

  • We explore how the eye, the brain, and the body interact to form complex visual experiences.

The retina is the screen of consciousness, the place where visualization and visual memory happen when we need & desire them. Learn to consciously guide gaze, regulate focus, and synchronize breath and attention to refine the visual awareness spectrum.

  • You will learn how to create more complex visual memories willingly.

Through individual and collective learning, we refine perception, expand imagination, and build awareness through exploratory, reflective, contemplative, and meditative visual practices & studies.

  • Visual awareness bridges memory, imagination, expression, and perception.

Visual awareness has the widest influence on our lives, both individually & collectively. Is the medium through which we learn fastest, discover easiest, understand the most details, and create most complexly.

People who can benefit from this workshop :

  • Artists and performers who want to perform better, insightful experiences, and develop visual representation techniques.
  • Technical people – architects, designers, engineers, developers, etc., who want to improve the visual cognitive processes for better problem identification and solutions.
  • Students, teenagers, children (or their parents) who develop better visual memory, learn more efficiently, understand more deeply, and discover more about the world and themselves.
  • People who want a change in their life and want to envision a more meaningful path to explore and discover novelties, a change in their career, or the purpose of their lives through visualization.

Visualization can be a powerful tool only when it is used consciously, with mindful awareness of emotions, thoughts, and perceptions, to create meaningful manifestation with it. It can also become a nightmare when it influences one’s life unconsciously, creating illusions of truth.

You will learn to :

  • See through the true nature of things and phenomena
  • Break through visual illusions, deceptions, and manipulations
  • Create meaningful insights to guide you through life
  • Create detailed visual memories that last a lifetime
  • Design projects in the mind and work more efficiently

Workshop duration – Five weeks | Six sessions

Workshop structure :

  • Group of Six People
  • Weekly session of three hours
  • 10h/ week individual study & practice
  • One Individual Session (90 minutes) per month

Session’s structure is variable and consists of :

  • Theoretical lesson
  • Reflective dialogue
  • Theme practice
  • Case study
  • Personal example
  • Personalized studies & training

The workshop comprises weekly online group sessions and personalized daily practices. Groups are a space for meaningful interaction, shared inquiry, and personal development. Sessions integrate theory with experiential learning, where perceptions, thoughts, and emotions converge in the development of visual intelligence.

The learning experience for each session is designed based on the collective will of the participants. This process will be democratic, and every personal idea, need, or desire will be explored & integrated throughout the workshop.

Each theme contains progressive exercises, reflective dialogue, contemplative studies & meditative practices that deepen awareness and improve the quality of perception, cognition, and memory. Moments alike will happen either individually or in groups, as homework.

Core aspect that we are going to explore :

  • Visual Mind Mapping: Creating specific mind maps. This is the best way to contain a large amount of knowledge from various disciplines, each with its particularities. Useful for those who want to learn and understand more about the world.

  • Conceptual Visualization: Creating vivid visual representations with a large spectrum of understanding, from simple geometric shapes to complex polyhedral colored forms. Useful for those who want to create, both scientifically and artistically.

  • Visual Insight: Reaching deeper in our souls for understanding about our nature, which is encoded in our being, both in personal and collective unconsciousness. Useful for those who want to discover and understand more about themselves and the world through intuitive insight.

  • Language Visualization: Creating imagery of words is the best training for reading and writing, as this is the conscious way to relate to language. Learn how to visualize words or whole writings, how to organize them, how to memorize writings, and how to play with them in your mind.

  • Visual Connectivity: Increasing the interconnectivity and interdependence between the visual spectrum and other senses, creating synaesthetic possibilities which enhance the experience of life exponentially. Seeing colored sounds, motion pictures, multi-layered potentialities, etc.

  • Visual Expression: Learning to manifest through visual practices instinctively; any visual representation, whether artistic or technical, will become easier to approach and master after you understand the connection between imagination and visual memory and perception.

  • Visual Influence: Learning how visual aspects influence perceptions, thinking, emotions, and behavior, changing the way we experience the world and manifest ourselves.

The visual capabilities are vast, and the tools to create what is mentioned above are geometry & lightness. Geometry can manifest in plane shapes, spatial forms, and moving objects, creating a framework for mental structures to evolve. Lightness manifests in shading & colour, giving expressivity, diversity, and variation.

Visualization can be learned in both ways and is related to the emotional sensibility and sensitivity of the person. Geometry is related to negative emotion (meaning restraining from emotional expressivity in exchange for more mental control), and colour to positive (meaning expressing emotions as they come, without intellectual understanding).

Visual intelligence is cultivated through a cycle of experiential learning:

  • Exploration – Experimenting with ways of perceiving, interacting with shapes, form, light, and space to create memories while relating to emotions through introspection.
  • Reflection – Becoming aware of how we perceive information and form knowledge through cognition, how we project interpretation to discover patterns, and how we create inner worlds that reflect reality.
  • Contemplation – Connecting vision with emotion to create meaning; allowing inner imagery to form understanding through insightfulness.
  • Manifestation – Applying refined perception to creative or cognitive processes; expressing what is seen and felt through imaginative projection, visual representation, and then designing reality.
  • Inquiry – Questioning what we see and how we see it, sharpening awareness by examining the mechanics of perception, attention, and interpretation. Through inquiry, visual experience becomes a field of investigation, helping us see beyond habit and into the structure of meaning itself.

Awareness of our sight gives a thriving tool in this world, creating new possibilities for us to experience & manifest. These pathways support the conscious development of visual intelligence as a dynamic, integrated way of learning, knowing, understanding, and creating.

Before you make the payment, you can register for our WorkWhop (FREE INITIATION WORKSHOP), which includes :

  • Two group sessions of three hours each – one week apart.
  1. Introductory session, in which I present the general aspect of my teachings and give you a personalized practice and contemplation program for a week.
  2. Decisional session, in which we reflect the last week’s learning experiences and choose the best workshop for you.

  • Intelligence Workshop

Vision serves as a portal between inner experience and the outer world. It is a gateway for us to explore the world, reflect on it within our minds, and contemplate it in our souls. It has many definitions and potential in our lives, which we can learn about and understand how visual awareness refines the way we see, think, feel, and create.

“On the back of our eyes, glimpses of destiny, shadows of the future, show us the path we must walk toward self-realization and enlightenment. It feels as if those images were always there. We might believe it is normal or mistake them for a memory, but we will know when it happens.”
