Mission — Memonthis
Mission
Teaching people how to learn, understand, and create
I We inquire into the mysteries of consciousness in its every shape, form, and color — mapping the architecture of awareness so that learning can be designed from its first principles.
II We design complete learning paths for each person we work with, built from a direct understanding of their psyche, knowledge structure, and intelligence potential.
III We develop alongside our students — evolving our methodology with each engagement, and building an ecosystem where learning produces more learning.
Origin

Mind.Up began a few years ago as an attempt to teach people how to create mind mechanics for the development of their learning, understanding, and creative capabilities — enabling them to realize their own vision for their lives. It was built on a simple belief: instead of transmitting knowledge about a subject, teaching people how to develop their own minds creates far greater possibilities for genuine understanding. This is intelligence development.

Alongside meditativeness and creativeness — woven into the methodology later — it has become the foundation of every learning design we build. These three qualities of consciousness, once refined through deliberate practice, touch every dimension of life. Each arises from a process humanity has developed from ancient times: science, meditation, and initiation.

The Mission

What I was taught across twenty-one years of schooling, I could have learned alone in three years in a quiet library — and with a far deeper understanding.

The era of standardized education is drawing to a close. Too much time is wasted — our children's, ours, and the time sacrificed by generations before us. Memonthis exists to innovate education from the fundamentals of consciousness, and to help shape the international system we have to build to honor what we actually are: an interconnected and interdependent humanity.

Equality An equitable educational system in which every school functions on the same principles, receives comparable funding, and teachers are placed according to their qualities. A handful of countries already demonstrate this — consistently identified as the happiest — and they serve as a model for many others.
Holistic Every dimension of human development made available in every school, with students free to choose what they learn. The sciences and the arts — central to our culture — alongside meditation form a complete system for development. Every child deserves to understand the value of each and be shown how to deepen their engagement with all of them.
Balanced Most people carry capabilities they have developed throughout their lives alongside limitations they have never examined. Becoming aware of both — and resolving the latter with intention — multiplies the use of existing capabilities. This is the direct work of Memonthis.
The System

Technology is a tertiary dimension: powerful only when built on these foundations. When it is integrated, students learn it fully — its history, mechanics, and implications — alongside the human capacities it extends and the responsibilities it creates.

At the core of this system is consciousness. Scientists have barely begun to map its surface — an ever-present, ever-lasting phenomenon whose deeper laws shape what we experience as development and destiny. Before we can develop deliberately, we must understand what we are.

With a single focused question, any known human insight becomes accessible — information is freely available. The real work lies in developing the qualities that determine what we do with it: intelligence, meditativeness, and creativity. These are cultivated through three processes that can only be practiced consciously — exploration, reflection, and contemplation. From these, knowledge, understanding, and creation arise.

What Memonthis builds

We created a methodology for developing fundamental understanding of any complex subject, discipline, or skill — integrating scientific methods, meditative practices, and creative initiatives into a single coherent learning experience, tailored to each person's consciousness. Every program, workshop, and coaching engagement is an expression of this methodology in practice.

In the near future, we will integrate this model into a digital learning ecosystem — an AI built around the architecture of consciousness, capable of understanding a student's inner mechanics and engaging with them the way a great teacher would. This is the beginning of a new direction in education. The work continues.

How we do it
Inquiry We inquire into the mechanics of consciousness — exploring how awareness, intelligence, and memory interact to produce experience, knowledge, and understanding.
Design We design complete learning paths for each person we work with, integrating scientific methods, meditative practices, and creative initiatives into a single coherent arc.
Development We develop alongside our students — each engagement deepening our methodology, each student's growth contributing to a shared learning ecosystem.
Understanding — Mind.Up Methodology
Understanding
How we use it
Each subject from our knowledge base activates differently across the design process. The nine principles below describe how that knowledge operates in practice — how it is applied within each learning experience, and what it produces when engaged consciously.
Foundation
Fundamentals of Consciousness
Every design draws from a single model: consciousness as the living system through which awareness, intelligence, and memory interact. This model is the constant beneath all three process stages — the lens through which inquiry is conducted, design decisions are made, and development is measured. Each of the nine principles below is an expression of one or more of its dimensions.
Inquiry
Before a learning experience is designed, the student is studied. Inquiry maps the structure of the psyche, identifies the entry point into conscious learning, and establishes the framework through which knowledge will be organized and retained.
01
Psyche Structure
The psyche — body, mind, soul — is the terrain mapped before any design begins. Its structure determines how learning is received, retained, and integrated. Reading it precisely is the first act of a conscious design.
Sensingawareness layers around formative experiences are identified through perceptive observation
Tracingsubconscious patterns surface through directed introspective reflection
Situatingcollective influences are examined in relation to individual mechanics and behavior
Structuringa balanced mental framework across body, mind, and soul is constructed
Articulatinginner structures are communicated with logical, introspective precision
Embodyingself-knowledge is integrated into conscious behavior as an ongoing practice
02
Initiation Process
Every development begins with a structured entry. The initiation process opens the pathway into conscious learning — a complete experience in miniature that reveals the student's present mechanics and points toward their development direction.
Openingdesires and awareness are explored through perceptive training and intention inquiry
Translatinginsights are conceptualized into practical learning strategies
Testingperception, cognition, and memory are engaged through multidisciplinary experimentation
Recognizingthe structure and potential of individual mind mechanics becomes apparent
Designinga project is shaped from first idea through concept to implementation framework
Orientingthe experience is evaluated and a long-term development path is selected
03
Learning Experience
A learning experience is complete when it produces fundamental understanding — not familiarity. Its design integrates the three human methods of engaging with reality: scientific inquiry, meditative awareness, and creative initiation, structured around the student's present mechanics.
Mappingthe student's desires and knowledge structure establish the design territory
Weavingscientific, meditative, and creative methods are integrated into a coherent arc
Deepeningeach session draws the student toward the fundamental principles of the subject
Anchoringnew mind mechanics are formed and structured within long-term memory
Manifestinga creative project gives the learning concrete form and personal relevance
Compoundingeach experience builds on the previous, expanding the intelligence spectrum over time
Design
The three methods — scientific, meditative, and strategic — are the active instruments through which a learning experience is constructed. Each operates across the full arc of the design, contributing a distinct quality to the whole.
04
Scientific Method
Science is applied as a way of thinking, not a subject. Its method — observe, question, test, build — structures the knowledge component of every design, producing understanding that is grounded in first principles and organized for long-term retention.
Questioningobservation of the subject generates the first principles inquiry that drives the design
Examiningknown aspects are mapped and their relationships are reflected upon
Probingstructural theories are formed and tested through deliberate experimentation
Connectingdiscovered principles are related to the broader knowledge structure
Expressingfindings are communicated through complete, logical argumentation
Integratingknowledge is embedded in long-term memory as a structured, living framework
05
Meditative Practice
Meditation is the quality of connection between awareness and consciousness. In every design, it functions as the thread that transforms accumulated knowledge into lived understanding — making the work purposeful rather than merely productive.
Attendingthe relationship between body, mind, and soul is explored through present-moment awareness
Observinghow information becomes memory through individual mind mechanics is traced inwardly
Holdingsustained contemplative practice develops insightful understanding of the subject
Clarifyingbehavior is examined and desires are identified with conscious precision
Visioninga purposeful vision for life and present action is formed from this clarity
Sustainingmeditative quality deepens throughout the full arc of the learning design
06
Creative Initiative
Creative initiative is the willingness to begin before certainty arrives. It is the disposition of a creator — one who designs their own projects from genuine desire. Vision provides the seed; intelligence and meditativeness determine how far it can grow.
Desiringcreative intentions are identified and the full range of their potential is explored
Consideringevery relevant possibility is examined to identify the most coherent direction
Conceivinga complete design and strategy for the project is formed through deep contemplation
Committingimplementation is organized within present constraints as a deliberate act
Buildingthe project takes form as an expression of accumulated learning and insight
Expandingfurther development possibilities are envisioned and the context for them is created
Development
Development is the stage at which understanding deepens into capability and capability manifests as creation. The three principles here describe how insight becomes behavior, how vision becomes project, and how project becomes growth.
07
Study Strategy
Study strategy is the conscious architecture of how learning unfolds over time. It determines what is engaged, in what order, and through what mental frameworks — so that each encounter with new knowledge compounds into the existing structure rather than sitting alongside it.
Followingintuition and genuine interest guide the initial direction of multidisciplinary exploration
Groundingthe purpose and fundamental aspects of each field are identified and reflected upon
Specializingdedicated mind mechanics for conscious learning in this domain are cultivated
Retaininga conscious memory structure for organized, long-term knowledge retention is built
Advancinga visual and linguistic methodology for complex, sustained study is developed
Compoundingeach cycle of study refines the strategy, building a more precise and capable learner
08
Insightful Understanding
Insightful understanding is the point at which knowledge becomes realization — where information integrates with emotional meaning and produces something the student carries permanently. It arises through voluntary contemplation and is the peak of conscious learning.
Gatheringknowledge and emotional experience are brought into active relationship with each other
Connectingrecurring patterns across perception, thought, and feeling become visible
Distillingcore insights are contemplated until they relate clearly to fundamental principles
Framingmental frameworks for intuitive application are formed around each realization
Expressingrealizations are articulated with logical clarity and introspective depth
Livinginsight is embedded into behavior and creative process as a permanent resource
09
Project Design
Project design is the discipline through which creative initiative takes structure. Personal insight becomes a concrete, implementable plan. It is where exploration and reflection converge into something that can exist — and grow — in the world.
Sourcingauthentic desires are identified through memory and emotional self-exploration
Structuringideas are conceptualized into organized projects through first-principles reasoning
Prototypingmanifestation is experimented with through multidisciplinary creative practice
Aligningcreation is calibrated against mind mechanics and intelligence development
Refiningthe project is implemented and improved through logical and intuitive feedback
Growingcreative acts become an ongoing practice embedded in conscious behavior and life
Across all three
The fundamentals of consciousness are not a stage in the process — they are its persistent ground. Awareness, intelligence, and memory operate throughout inquiry, design, and development simultaneously. Every principle described above draws from this model, and every learning experience we build is an expression of it in practice.
Design — Mind.Up Methodology
Design
How we apply it
The knowledge and process described above take concrete form in three formats. Each one is a different expression of the same methodology — shaped by duration, depth, and the kind of development it is designed to produce.

Masterclass Workshops
Why
Intelligence development requires direct, sustained engagement with the specific faculty being trained. A workshop concentrates that engagement into a complete arc — enough depth to produce a real shift, short enough to be entered without long-term commitment.
What
Each workshop is a complete learning experience built around one subject: a specific intelligence, a field of knowledge, or a creative project. It runs across multiple sessions, integrates the three methodological pillars — scientific, meditative, and creative — and ends with a concrete personal output. Workshops are self-contained; they do not require prior involvement with Memonthis and do not presuppose each other.
How it works
The methodology enters the workshop through its session structure: each meeting moves from theoretical grounding through reflective dialogue into direct practice, anchored by a personal example and a daily routine that carries the work between sessions. The subject is never treated in isolation — its connections to other knowledge domains, and to the student's own psyche structure and intelligence spectrum, shape how each session is designed and delivered.
How to use it
Choose a subject you want to develop fundamentally — a dimension of your intelligence, a field of study, or a project you want to bring into form. The workshop provides the design; you bring the intention and the practice. Entry requires completing the initiation form, which maps your current knowledge structure and learning framework so the experience can be individually calibrated within the group format.

Specialized Programs
Why
Some development cannot be compressed. The kind of intelligence that compounds — the kind that changes how a person thinks, not just what they know — requires sustained engagement over time, with consistent feedback, iterative design, and a long enough arc to let new mind mechanics form and stabilize.
What
Programs are long-term, structured partnerships built around a specific context: a student's educational journey, an institution's development needs, a company's collective intelligence, a team's performance. They combine workshops, coaching, and independent practice into a single coherent design that evolves as the participant develops. Entering a program requires an existing knowledge base in the relevant domain and a genuine commitment to long-term work — programs are for those who are already moving in a direction and want that movement to deepen.
How it works
The full methodology is active from the first session: psyche structure and intelligence spectrum are assessed at entry, a personalized learning path is designed around the participant's context, and each phase of the program is built on the output of the phase before it. The six-stage process — from initial inquiry through to implementation — runs as a continuous arc across the duration of the engagement, with each iteration deepening the intelligence mechanics developed in the previous one.
How to use it
Programs begin with the initiation process: a series of discovery sessions that establish your current state, clarify your direction, and determine which program format and depth is appropriate. The program design is then confirmed collaboratively before the work begins. The participant's role is active throughout — not as a recipient of instruction, but as a co-designer of their own development path.

Personal Coaching
Why
Group formats provide structure and breadth; coaching provides precision. The most effective development happens when the design is built entirely around one person — their specific psyche, their present mechanics, their exact development potential — and adjusted in real time as the work progresses.
What
Coaching is a direct, ongoing engagement between the student and the practitioner. It produces a learning strategy built from a complete inquiry into the student's psyche structure, knowledge architecture, and intelligence spectrum — then implements that strategy across a sustained series of sessions. The pace, the subject matter, and the creative direction are entirely determined by the individual. Coaching is the highest-resolution application of the methodology.
How it works
Every session draws from the full methodology: the scientific method structures knowledge inquiry, meditative practice develops self-awareness and insightful understanding, and creative initiative drives the project work that gives the learning personal form. The six-phase process runs as a living design — continuously revised as new understanding emerges and new development targets come into focus. Between sessions, daily practice anchors the work in the student's life.
How to use it
Begin with Mind.Whops — the initiation workshop that serves as the entry point for all coaching engagements. It provides the practitioner with the information needed to design the first learning arc, and gives the student a direct experience of the methodology before committing to an ongoing collaboration. From there, the format — individual, group, or institutional — is selected based on context and intention.
