Available for every workshop:
- Groups of six participants.
- Six weekly group meetings.
- Online sessions of three hours.
- One individual session per workshop (90 min).
- Personalized daily practice – one to two hours/day.
- Session structure: theoretical lessons, reflective dialogue, theme practice, case studies, personal examples, and personalized training routine.

- Five weeks of intensive mental training that has to be performed every day. ( 1h|day min)
- The last collective session is about reflection, contemplation, and inquiry into our experiences together.
- An individual session to clarify misunderstandings and discuss future implications for your mental training. (after the workshop)
- Based on the present mental capabilities of our participants, we will design a set of goals and a strategy to achieve the mental abilities desired.
- The workshops combine collective and individual daily practices that integrate theory with experiential learning to create awareness of the nature of your thoughts, emotions, and perceptions.
- The practices & training will be updated every week through a continuous study on your biological, intellectual, and spiritual state, within the living environment.
- The learning experience is designed in detail, per day, based on your weekly perfomance, and the overall vision.

- The last collective session is about reflection, contemplation, and inquiry into our experiences together.
- We will have an individual session afterwards to clarify potential misunderstandings and discuss future implications for your aquired knowledge & understanding.
- Based on the mental capabilities and knowledge of our participants, we will create a learning experience for a fundamental understanding of the study field.
- Further on, the participants will begin a project that encapsulates their present understanding and will challenge their intelligence for development.

The mechanics of the Mind
- Mind.Labs are designed around mind mechanics awareness & development, then creation of new mental mechanisms to form a synaesthetic connection for intelligence improvement.
- Our minds are the mechanism through which information, in the form of perceptions, thoughts, and emotions, manifests to create our conscious experience, in the form of memory, knowledge, and insights.
- A mental mechanism is a neural network genetically transmitted, or created within our lives, through a prolonged conscious effort.
- Awareness is the continuous flow of electrical signals throughout the body. Consciousness is the sustaining, ever-evolving connective structure. Intelligence is the quality of our awareness. Our awareness is the momentary (active presently) manifestation of our consciousness.
- To become more aware of the mind’s mechanics, we must experience its manifestation directly through meditative practices, while guided with physio-psycho-spiritual knowledge.
- The nature of the mind is to create meaning from our experience and create insights for our manifestation. The mind can be guided through the willingness to concentrate its mechanism on a specific subject or object.
- The quality of the mind’s manifestation forms from the momentary meditativeness. Meditation is therefore the quality of connections between our awareness and consciousness, through which the interconnectness & interdependence between our Being and Existence happen.
- A mental mechanism can be created within a day if there is enough awareness of the mind processes. Then, through a continuous process of contemplation, subjects and problem-solving exercises over the course of a month, it binds to the rest of the mental framework.
