A moment before entering the coffee shop from where I began to write….On a wet manhole cover, my slippery shoes unexpectedly went twenty centimeters away from my initial step. The next moment, as I regained balance and control over my body, I felt a little thunderbolt somewhere above the left ear, inside the brain. I felt that my conscious awareness passed through that part of the brain so much that it hurt. The synapses between those neurons through which balance reoccurred are carved by a powerful electrical signal, more intensive than usual. Next time I encounter that texture with my shoes I should know right away, probably avoid the danger – or even better, have fun sliding on it.
I never realized the impact on the brain of those electrical signals before. As they say “First you gotta get burned”. I did. I will remember that brain shock. Maybe even have nightmares from it.
But, the goal of this introduction is to hopefully connect, somehow, to the following observation.
Input.
US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania educational system.
Output.
How the systems for each country work, is a job for ChatGPT to describe – here are the summaries of the research – Comparative Analysis of Educational Systems. I want to emphasize how they got to their present state based on fundamentals that are overlooked or probably not yet understood.
Family education – conceptualization
Family connection is the most important manifestation of consciousness at the group level. The way consciousness happens and develops within the family perfectly reflects the larger environment – commune, village, city, county, state, continent, world – to the solar system being the next step (ehuuu m’Elon). Structured knowledge comes in the form of information through filters that are distributed by the state through schools, other institutions, and religious or spiritual entities through individuals. To those archaic systems, we now have journalists & historians – the first caring about the most recent history while the second about our further activities and happenings.
Beyond social media, internet, television, books, archives, etc. – the most significant directions come from direct contact, especially with our kin. Our genome is affected through contact and stories of our family, activating genes that can further develop into better behavior adaptation to the environment. The more we know, the more we earn – the more we FEEL instead, the more we connect to our discoveries, whether those are souls, knowledge, or objects. The family passing stories enhances the memory of the child (DNA) making him more conscious of the world while keeping him in touch with himself.
No wonder the Jews are so united even today. Or the Romans (through the Greeks) managed to create a system of living that echoes in our present political & social mechanism. Or the Buddhist Tibetans who developed and now carry the ways of mediation throughout the world. Their way of communicating the history of the family between generations was and still is our most fundamental creation, conscious storytelling. It comes from the tribal life before civilizations, where the group was small enough to create a common awareness of their history – while every civilization that became too big, quickly forgot about the importance of intergenerational communication, fragmenting itself back to tribes.
Country education – conceptualization
There are fundamental differences regarding education between the US, UK, France, Spain, and the Nordic European countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland) along with the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and Denmark. Germany seems to be the neutral ground. Japan, South Korea, India (recently) also include a fundamental difference. Romanian system will be used to describe my personal experiences.
The first pack of countries are democracies formed through a great or total separation from any idea regarding Marxism – the theory of social communism, not the countries that implemented it as an ideology. In the second pack are countries that have consciously integrated the good ideas from Marxism, whether they were part of the Soviet Union or not, the influences are clear in everyday life there.
Here Germany and Romania play another role. The first – a country that had the most meaningful transcendence between democracy & communism. The second is a country in present transcendence between the two ideologies. The first is renowned for its last-century involvement in shaping politics worldwide. The second barely influences any other country – except for the last election which will echo in the world like Dracula did, but through someone else imagination.
In any dictatorial country, most of the world, educational system is based on ideology understood through the mind of one man. Only two outcomes can happen with the children born there – obedience or revolt.
Japan, South Korea, and India have a particular way of teaching their children that involves something Europe and the US do not experience early in the children’s development. Consciousness evolved differently there for generations, with more insightfulness based on intuition rather than a scientific approach. Where those two interact, miracles will always happen. A great scientist is connected to intuition. Great artists understood scientifically.
Ideological education – conceptualization
The way the anticommunist democracies developed their educational systems comes from times before, with the inception of their famous institutions (Bologna – Oxford – Sorbonne – etc…). When in a country, through great effort, education becomes structured, it cannot be touched without hitting back. It becomes a national pride to be part of it. The intellectual competition begins – war in some cases.
Seeing through the lens of a mind how they evolved to nowadays international collaboration feels peculiar – like a walk through a portal filled with magic. It warms my heart to know that the quality of education we can afford today with less than fifty euros per month exceeds the possibilities of all those institutions combined – taking just the years before the internet.
The anticommunism applied to those countries is on the resolution of worldwide ideologies. The sense of community within the country develops slowly, over long periods – centuries & millennia, until every human regardless of his genetic memory, is accepted and accepts everyone else as colleagues on this life adventure. When the fundamental structure of a country faces total change, resistance is natural. People of the UK – US – France resisted the one way of life imposed by the wave of the anticapitalistic tsunami which almost wiped out Europe in the last century. The average level of understanding within a country forms through its educational system. That level of understanding regarding knowledge (universal scale) can only be influenced into development a little if the balance is to be kept. When too much development happens – the idea of conquest arises or helping others. Then too much stagnation – revolution, civil war, or being conquered happens.
Looking at the ex-Soviet Baltic countries, their educational system was reformed during the communist period. The good effects of that are reflected in today’s approach. Education is free and equally distributed, at high quality. Lithuania – Estonia – Latvia are welcoming new people into this world with warm hugs, top educational tech, and highly regarded personnel. Each country has its particularities, but the fundamental structure is the same. The same fundamentals are found in Norway – Sweden – Denmark. Finland has a big distinction, as its free curriculum goes through university and its teachers have to go through a master’s degree, which is the finest possible touch for a child’s educational career. Germany also plays a distinctive role, as their educational system varies among the possibilities of free and private schools.
Romania is a little different. As I grew up here, a space in time where most people don’t want to understand and also, don’t let anyone else understand more, except if it is useful for their agenda – it is almost dangerous to formulate complex ideas here (but is getting better). The lack of curiosity also plays an important, as inquiries often begin and end with a dumb ask “why” – “why would you do that?” “why do you have those ideas?” “why, why, why…”. From my studies and experiences, asking someone “why” he/she did something is useless. That question is not for someone to answer, but for the one who formulated it to explore through other means. Only I need to know “why” I did something. Everyone else cannot understand it unless they go through the same experience. When someone understands the meaning of “why”, will never feel the need to ask another human for it. So if you ask me now “why did I write this text” – you are asking yourself – only you can answer it.
Educational change – conceptualization
The problems regarding century-developed educational systems in the anti-Marxist democracies surface now in the form of free information available. Almost everything is on the internet and AI text generators can structurize any information, making learning experiences more efficient than any school.
Healthcare and educational systems became too big to change. If every human ate healthier and exercised a little hospitals would only be needed for accidents – this way 80% of how the medical system works has to change. In the same way in school – if every human has a moment of the day to inquire about his misunderstandings and learn about a skill or phenomenon – 80% of the schooling system will have to change.
The role of the doctor is to take care of sickens and injuries. The role of the teacher is to care about misunderstanding and provide knowledge. Those roles have to be embodied by every human because now we have the tools to do it efficiently. We have the tools to keep our bodies, minds, and souls in a continuous conscious development – a self-evolving state of being. Everyone is a polymath in a natural state – knowing a little of everything. Everyone can now become a polymath who understands most of everything. The only condition is to know who’s information to trust, as faking knowledge is our present and most difficult obstacle towards a “wireless” worldwide interconnection and interdependence.
A solution for Romania – and the world
A team of people who have the greatest knowledge regarding education, self-teaching, art & science – everyone with the sole purpose of researching consciousness & imagining better ways of teaching. Continuous and constant contact with every school in the country. Sole purpose – to teach the teachers how to improve their teaching to create a better experience for the little humans – while showing the younglings their potential extended at the limits of worldwide knowledge starting from their present state of being.
A team spreading understanding based on a centralized system based on the fundamentals of Consciousness. Consciousness is a phenomenon in the study, there is no general theory about it – yet the more a human knows about it, the better the quality of life experience becomes. Further, the better the quality of life experience – the more conscious memory forms, for a human being to the collective, at the group, level, and level. This already happens, as is our natural state as humanity. Now it can begin to happen in the most structured way. More interconnectivity – more interdependence. This is the natural goal of Consciousness.
The monthly payment for fifty people in the case of Romania means 2000 x 50 / month. 100.000/ month – 1.200.000 per year. Or let’s consider a hundred people – 2.400.000 euros per year. A snowflake for the economy, that can create an avalanche for the development of consciousness in a country.
If you may think “Oh, but there already is an institution doing this…” – “Yes there is more than one…”. The trees in my city are cut towards the roots rather than a careful and regular trimming which can make the tree grow better – not needing to fight for the light. The same principle applies to children – most of their dreams fade into unconsciousness – cut down by people with authority, to whom we give the trust to care of our collective consciousness. Laziness is their excuse – “We will try better next time” is their hope. How about they just let dreams become reality – we are not living in medieval times, even tho my learning experiences throughout the school felt like were designed back then.
Oh, and the connection with the introduction… In times of great danger, great and precise effort must happen, done with conscious people – diverse in intelligence, ready for a lifetime of creating and structuring. Education worldwide is at the gate of another exponential development. The last moment was over 2.500 years ago, in the times of Socrates and Buddha. Now we have the time and the resources to show any kid how to reach the level of intelligence and wisdom of those two. Good luck to those trying. The danger we are facing comes from the shadows of dictatorship – spreading wide misinformation, trolling vulnerable minds, leaving chaos where it goes.
